When you are working on deploying AX you might first start with one legal entity as a template and move configuration into a second legal entity. Or you might test a workflow configuration in a test environment and want to move that into production. Workflow has it’s own import and export process so this is a quick walk through of that process.

It’s import to understand the context behind the configuration in the workflow. There is data in the conditions that you might setup in a workflow that might not be valid in another legal entity. So if you are moving a configuration to a new legal entity make sure you review and conditions you have setup.
