This is a simple step to customize AX a little for your organization by adding a company image.

This will show up in most reports. If you use an ISV solution like BottomLine Transform then they have a layout designer for your customer facing reports if you want to do things like put logos on footers etc. This can be done in SSRS reports and does require someone with SSRS development knowledge.
