If you haven’t explored the constraint based product config with AX2012 R3 or at least explored it with the initial release of AX2012 it’s worth re-investigating as there have been a lot of changes through the R2 and R3 releases. Some of the updates like usage of decimals, calculations, config re-use, attribute price model are some of the changes. I thought it was worth going over some of the basics of creating a new product configuration model in this video.
