Case management

Case management in Dynamics AX is a generic framework that can be adapted to a few different purposes for managing an issues, recording integrations between parties, relating business documents to the case etc. It’s been used in a few different application areas like AR collection or product information management to track issues for specific scenarios. In this video I do a basic overview of the case management features.
