When setting up an item you can setup product attributes to add additional descriptive information about the product. For folks new to the data models in AX it’s sometimes tricky to understand the relationship and hierarchy or categories and how the attributes relate. Here is a quick walk through of setting up product attributes as it relates to new items using the procurement hierarchy as an example.
