Production companion app setup on the R3 Demo VM

The Windows 8 production app allows you to access some of the shop floor or manufacturing execution functionality in AX from a different form factor device. If you have the AX2012 R3 demo VM then this is a quick walk through of setting up the app and making it connect into AX.
