What you do with an item when a customer returns it will depend on your returns policy and the condition of the item you get back from the customers. In a previous post we saw returning and item and putting it back in inventory. But there are times where the item isn’t in a condition to return to inventory so you are going to scrap it. This is a quick walk through of a return with scrapping.
