Default coverage group in master planning parameters

This is a quick overview of the effect of the default coverage group in master planning parameters. As you will see the default coverage group will determine how new items are planned if you don’t have a coverage group setup on the item. So used this based on your planning requirements. For example maybe you don’t want new items planned by default until you assign a coverage group to them. Or you might want to set a default coverage group at requirement as a catch all if you do get a demand for the item at least it will show up in the next planning run.

Cheers
