Setting up modes of delivery on a call center

If you are setting up a new call center then you have to setup modes of delivery. But it’s a little different process compared to most reference data setup in AX. You first have to create them in sales and marketing and allow them to be used on your new call center. But for them to be active on the call center then you will have to run a periodic process.

I noted in the video here this is Cu9 because the steps changed in CU9.
