Telephone list and company directory

There are often numerous ways to find contact information in an organization. It could be in your email system but usually it will come from a database somewhere. In AX there is a respository of contact information which is the global address book (GAB). A party could have a role which could be a worker. Once they are a worker then you can use the telephone list (AX2012) or the company directory (AX7).
