This might be something interesting rather than just playing with the WMS RF menus in a web browser if you are testing. You could try running it in the Windows simulator it want to simulate a tablet device.

This was done on the AX2012 R3 Demo VM. The Windows Simulator is installed with Visual Studio for development purposes.
