The amount of working time capacity a resource has is controlled by the calendar. There might be a need to adjust the efficiency of a resources as the machine wears out of perhaps when someone is injured and on lighter work duties. This is a quick walk through of adjusting the efficiency percentage on a resource and the effect it will have in scheduling the resource.
