The concept of the print archive has been in AX for a long time many versions back and it’s still in AX2012. It’s a handy feature for having an alternative print destination for something that needs to be re-printed later. This is a quick walk through how to access that.

As mentioned in the video keep in mind that it does store the output in the AX database so you want to be careful about how you use this to avoid filling up the database.
