In a previous post we had a look at the different types of sales orders. One of these was the sales journal in this state the order won’t be processed, it’s like a draft order. Now you can manually change the type from journal to sales order when you are ready to process the order. But if you have a lot of documents you want to update then it might be helpful to use the post the sales journal periodic function as you can give it a query to go and do the update.
