I had this question when working with a customer that I thought might share for others in case you run into it. If you are setting up the new R3 wms and same in AX7 and are using the template to setup your item it might apply to you. If you get the message “item filters cannot use wildcard” when trying to ally the template then you have to set the parameter on the filters tab of the warehouse management parameters.
