Setting up LCS and a machine for data template and config manager.

I did a couple of post on the data template and the config manager to see the basic process of exporting data from a configuration. The usage of these require the system diagnostics service which you can find a post here. There are some additional parameters that you will need to configure on the system diagnostics which you can find documented there
