If you are setting up items then likely there is someone else that will be also reviewing the items for their setup for costing. In D365 there is a cost administration workspace that shows a few lists that could be handy for reviewing items. One of these for example is the All released products to configure. This lists items that don’t have a cost category assigned. So you can use this to have a quick view of items you might want to check on.

As I noted in the video some of the tiles and lists on workspaces might be linked to the cache system, depending on how that is configured it could take a little while for the data to display.
