Basic settings for using Demand Forecasting in AX2012 R3

The R3 release of Dynamics AX 2012 saw the introduction of a new statistical demand forecasting capability. AX has always had the ability to enter/capture a demand/supply forecast but the generation of that has been up to the users. There are quite a few ISV solutions on the market which are great. Sometimes you just need a basic ability to get the forecast out into Excel and have some statistical help in projecting the numbers forward and then work on the collaborative part of the forecast from that point forward.

In this video we walk through some of the basic concepts to get you started using the new functionality.
