I noticed in the January updates for Lifecycle service the support for the D-series Azure resources. This means you can built out a pretty massive VM environment.

The systems diagnostics has also been updated with new rules. This is a great tool if you are planning on going live soon with AX you might want to set it up in your environment before go-live and check out the settings then keep in running as a check for any changes that might affect AX.
