New Customer Setup with Portal Admin Access

I previous post I covered the flow of setting up a new vendor with portal admin access. This is the similar flow but on the customer side.

 

Once the portal admin is created they can create additional users which you can see the flow in this post.

A couple of points on this flow. In this example to make is a little easier I added buttons to the contact details and list pages to add the customer user, as well to the user request list page. I’ll post a walk through of the modifications in a follow-up post. It’s important to note the workflow that runs with the authentication steps was included in R3 CU8. Also another procedure in this flow is that I’m using Azure AD as the use store so you can see this post for more information on the concepts for the authentication.
