If you have many legal entities in your AX installation and you have requirements for the data to be kept separate you might want to consider how you handle the global address book data which is shared data. In the global address book you have the ability to secure by legal entity. This is a quick walk through how this works and what you need to consider in the setup.

From what I’ve been told there won’t be a UI parameter to enable the policy in the new Dynamics. You will have to use the development environment and enable the security policy which is what this parameter did in AX2012.
