If you have situations where you have work that needs to be consolidated by the picker because it’s related to the same shipment you might want to investigate the pick and pack parameter on the mobile device menus. Take an example where you release an order to the warehouse but not long after a customer calls in and wants to increase the order. So you release the extra quantity to the warehouse. The sales team calls the warehouse. So the shipment can be combined but there is two pieces of work out there. When the workers goes to pick they could pick both the work and combine them on the device with the pick and pack parameter.
