In the new AX there are quite a few new ways to get around to find the functionality you need, for example the menu search. If you like using the menu navigation for functions that are not in a workspace but you want quick access to you can use the favorite links.

It’s a reminder that the new AX being HTML you can also use the favorites options in the browser you are using to access AX. All you need to do is navigate to a form in AX and use your browser’s favorite button.
