Enable price control on a call center

If you are taking sales orders with AX then there are some nice features that will open up if you are also using the call center. One example is the price control. This will work in conjunction with a parameter on the released item called allow price adjust. Both these together will allow you to control that an operator can’t change the price on a sales line. And if you allow a price change then an operator could be prompted for a price override which could be done by a supervisor or team lead.
