In an earlier post I did an overview of sales notes in AX2012 R3. There was a parameter I didn’t mention in that post that is handy to know about. It’s an AR parameter for transfer to sales order or copy notes. Here is a quick overview of how that works.

For that particular note copy that is specific to the sales order. For the transfer order you would have to customize or look for an ISV that might have done it.
