The job of the sales order entry person is a difficult job, you have to know the products a company is selling, deal with impatient customers on the phone, deal with complex systems to register orders. This video walks through some of the basic sales order entry process and management of the sale line. This would be based on a product distribution company selling product as I don’t cover things like configurable products here.
