Setting up an environment to try the PowerBI report models – Part 4

In a previous post we had a look at setting up the data gateway to allow PowerBI.com to access the data and published the report model. Now that the report is accessible in PowerBI.com we can access it from the D365 client. In the platform update you will find a new option to open the report catalog. From here you can locate content and link it to your workspace. This allows the user to do transactional work but also investigate the data without having to go to another interface.
